What is FAD diet??

A fad diet/ popular diet or a diet cult, is a diet that makes promises of weight loss or other health advantages without backing by solid science.

Because they often cut out key foods, they can cause health problems and symptoms like:
Dehydration
Weakness and fatigue
Nausea and headaches
Constipation and Inadequate vitamin and mineral intake.

Fad diets often severely restrict foodgroups or nutrients. We don’t know whether fad diets are safe over the longer term, or whether they lead to an increased risk of various diseases.
