  • Can be eaten raw or added to desserts.
  • Energy — 100 g of dates supplies 1159 kJ = 27/7kcals
  • Serving size as mentioned on pack or same as one serve of small fruits like cherry.
  • 30-35gm for pitted dates. 50-60gm for fresh dates with seed. 1/4 cup 3-4. dates /serve.
